I want to compliment Mr.Chuck Cobb on handling my reservation. I called in to inform you that I would be a little late. I gave Mr. Cobb my confirmation number. He said that was in another guest’s name, not mine. This was very important because my wife had a 7:15 appointment for surgery at Mayo in Jacksonville, FL the next morning. Long story short, Mr. Cobb made a new reservation for my wife and me explaining that somehow the reservation got mixed up. When checking out, he informed me that he found me on the computer and had the incorrect reservation charge reversed and gave me a copy of the credit back to my account. To me, this was outstanding service not to mention that he was cool and collected through this and it was a great pleasure that good people are still around that will go that extra step or two to make sure the customers are well taken care of. A pleasant situation all the way around.
