I thought this place was going to be ok since my insurance stated this is where you can go as one of the providers. Their billing specialist immediately tells you, hey doctor recommends this as his final treatment, and it cost this and if you don’t have it we have payment plans. They do not do their research as to what is covered and do not know how to bill. I received a call about treatment that I owe from 2022 they just sat on the claims and did not even try to contact my insurance. They try to ask for the most expensive treatment plan, and they verbatim say things to get all-money profit. They are poaching low-income families to tell them they need unnecessary care that could be done differently. this place is the worst place I have ever encountered this is a place that will ruin a lot of people like the prescription pain epidemic that happened. Just because they think it’s ok to do it if they can bend some of the rules.
