Frigidaire, Refrigerator noise? For 10 months I have had at least 6 service calls, replaced parts, and calls for support on my refrigerator. My warranty is almost up, and the problem has not been corrected. I live with constant noise that can last anywhere from 10 minutes to 4-5 hours. I have had countless sleepless nights because of noise. I have to leave the kitchen at times because I can’t work at the table with the noise distraction. It is driving me crazy; I feel Tortured… Every time I call, they send another technician who tries something or says he doesn’t know what’s causing the problem. I have taken numerous sound videos for each technician to hear; again, a shrug of the shoulders and “I don’t know what to do”. Now they want me to buy an extended warranty because mine is almost up! I have made it clear to the last 2 technicians that I want the unit replaced. Both technicians have said that if I had bought the unit from Lowes or another retail place, it would have been replaced months ago. They said Frigidaire will keep trying to repair it because they don’t want to have to buy it back. I have waited 30 years to do a full kitchen/dining room remodel and have spent a lot of money. I do not want this refrigerator; it is a ‘lemon’. I wrote a letter and sent it to the e-mail address given to me; I called to verify it was received. No one knew what I was talking about. I can’t get anyone to give me a phone number to speak with someone in administration. When you call customer service, I am told they have to send out another technician. On my last call, they told me they would send out someone More knowledgeable. When that technician came, he said it is above his pay grade; he said a certified person dealing with ‘sealants’ needs to look at it. I can’t believe it! Can anyone direct me to a phone number to speak with an administrator? Yesterday I received a box in the mail; I thought it was a gift I ordered for Christmas. It was not; it is a box of parts from Frigidaire! Dear God! They are going to try something else! I want this refrigerator replaced. Can I go to small claims court? Better Business Bureau? Can anyone help me?

Eric, there mother company is called Electrolux. A Swedish company, headquarters in Stockholm. Parts made in China there’s your answer as well as work with two trucking companies. Jump on it Monday.
