I am a frequent customer of the QFC in Stanwood Wa. I’ve been through the checkout with a gal named Vicki on several occasions. I talked to management at the time and they advised me to contact corporate. I have watched Vicki with customers in front of me and I pay very close attention to her customer service skills. She is borderline rude in my opinion. Never smiles, does not make eye contact, and makes you feel like you aren’t even there. I’ve never had this feeling from anyone at QFC. I’m a very positive person and always treat people with kindness. I hope Vicki is not having a personal crisis. That might explain her behavior.
