Walgreens, Katie in pharmacy was so incredibly rude on the phone. I called a total of four times, the first time I called I was on hold for 14 minutes. The second and third time I called I was on hold for about four or five minutes and got hung up on both times. Never actually spoke to anyone. The fourth time I called I was on hold for 15 minutes and I hung up and called the front desk. They asked me what my Need was and I said to speak to pharmacy and they were going to transfer me back there directly again I asked them not to because I already was on hold a total of 4×422 and the other ones were four or five. I asked her if she could go back there and ask somebody to pick up the . That is when I had the unfortunate experience to talk to Kady. She was so disrespectful and I guess insulted that someone asked her to pick up her phone so she was very rude. With every question she asked me. Starting out with, “Well first of all, what if it is your birthday?” Voice inflections mean everything, just so disrespectful. Every question she asked me was so rude and so b rating.
