CenturyLink, Terrible service. Voicemail has been out for a week. Voicemail has been out for a week. Each time I contact a customer support person via chat, they tell me to reset the password. However there are not instructions for how to do this and the voicemail is so messed up it needs to be totally reset. The customer support people are useless. Have contacted them times with no resolution. Ready to cancel service entirely!
