I have been a customer of AT&T since 1969, but it will be coming to an end because of their lack of service and not following through. Since at least Wednesday, 6/21, my landline has been down. I was told someone will come out Thursday between 8 am and Noon — no show. Calling again, I was told someone would be out on Friday – no show. Then I was put on priority status with someone coming out on Saturday – no show. What has happened to AT&T – they used to be very reliable and offered great customer service, but lately definitely not so. I am so glad that I do not have their internet service (which I was considering) and no longer have their cellphone service.
