Kohls, New return process. I have gradually been shopping less and less at Kohls. I’ve been disappointed at the limited selections now offered. I did recently place an online order. I had to return it. Upon arriving at Kohls I was told to wait in the checkout line to return my online order. The checkout line Never moves quickly and this made it a more miserable experience. I can’t believe this change - especially before a huge Christmas return season coming. Bad call Kohls. Go back to the drawing board on this one. Maybe offer free return shipping or go back to the old system before you lose more customers. I’ve now become a former customer.
