Verizon Wireless, Waited approx. 1 hour at the Manalapan, NJ location to speak with a representative. Finally spoke with one and was quoted a price for an upgrade and new phones. Received the new phones, Manager came over and quoted a higher price than what the representative quoted. The Manager didn’t even apologize for the error! Is that professional!! So we walked out. We have been an Verizon Customer for over 20 years!
