Popeyes, Kiosk no human interaction when ordering. Popeyes has Lost my business. Went to the brand new Popeyes on Windmill and Eastern in Las vegas. What a terrible experience first of all my wife and I went in and a Big Red flag came up, they had a Kiosk and I don’t do business with a Stupid Computer. Next issue was I had coupons and was ignored by employees on how to use them with the Kiosk never got a answer after five minutes so we left and went to Arby’s at least you get a Human taking your Order. This complaint will fall on deaf ears. No More Popeyes for my wife and I. Its sad that a bad experience drives consumers business else where.
