I have been trying to contact Lowe’s Corporate Office in reference to a rebate that was NOT honored. It is impossible to get an associate on the phone number 704-758-1000. It states to call back during normal hours of operation regardless of what time the call takes place. This is the worst service ever! If you do not want to pay out rebates to the customer, simply do not offer them. This is an extreme amount of work for a $100.00. I should have received my rebate a year ago.
