A fiber optic box came off the pole in a storm 2 months ago and still laying on the ground along with low-hanging wires we have to step over. The box is clearly labeled Time Warner, which Spectrum has acquired. Called the customer inquiry number. They asked 2 questions… is it live (how the heck would I know, I’m not touching it) and what would I like done with it (really? Um, off the ground and out the way). Their response was they don’t provide service to my area so it can’t be theirs. After this, I would have their service if it was the only one offered. Can’t find a single soul that can help with getting it fixed. Came here to email a complaint and the email to the “priority escalation team” bounces. This is just ridiculous.
