Xfinity, Terrible repair service, waiting two months for repair to cut underground cable. On or about 12-1-24 I cut an underground cable coming to our house, My wife called for repair, 2 weeks later someone showed up after dark and said they couldn’t do the repair, because they needed a bucket truck!! Remember the underground? Fast forward 2 weeks, another call to Comcast, They said it was repaired! Not!! Created another ticket, I called today 1-13-25 to see What is going on, They didn’t have a clue, created another ticket and supposed to get a call within 24 hrs to see what the problem is. Meanwhile I have done a temporary repair that has been working since 2 days after the line was cut. Piece of copper wire and aluminum foil. Picture enclosed.
