Subway Gift Card Rip-Off

I have a Subway gift card. I had them check the balance and the store said it was not registering. I know there is money on the card. There is no contact phone number to speak to a real person. You have to send an email. This is ridiculous where is customer service?? I need the money that was on the card to be active to use the card. Subway needs to honor all of their gift cards.
