AAA, I’ve been a member for 28 years but haven’t used any services for two years. When I had a dead battery this morning, I called for a jump start and was told that they couldn’t help me for two days because our area was in an emergency situation. We haven’t had snow or ice foe several days but supervisor Jason said that because I was home and safe I wasn’t a priority. I don’t know if it’s just an Ohio Issue but when I’ve needed assistance in other states, I’ve always received help the same day. When my membership expires, I will not renew. Why pay for a service that’s not available except on their schedule. Just a waste of money!
