Amazon, I do my Christmas shopping early, usually in September, and 99% of the presents are from Amazon. I bought two products last week that I want the return date extended or a gift receipt since they won’t be opened until December 25th. I was told by a supervisor in Customer service that they can only extend it from 30 days to 60 days, not acceptable! Why doesn’t Amazon create a new policy for early shoppers to return products after Christmas??
